21st Century Skills

I really wasn't sure what to find on the Partnership for 21st Century Skills website. I was surprised to see that there were a lot of ideas on how teachers all over the country could incorporate technology skills in their classrooms. I was also surprised to see that there are only a handful of states that are members of this partnership. If we want to stop students from falling behind on all of the new technology, we need to work together as a whole country and not just a few states. I would also like to say that it is difficult enough to get all of the required learning standards into lessons let alone additional standards for technology. However, as teachers, it is easier to incorporate standards after working with them for so long and maybe this will happen with the standards found on this website.
